This isn't a random product sprint. It's a AI build day focused on our core priorities, client retention & scalability — a safe space to experiment, ship something small but impactful, and learn together.

Each person will demo what they built - and the most impactful project will take home the AI Builder Day Cup.

Hackathon Rules
Every project must
- 1Use existing tools (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini Custom GPTs, Zapier / n8n, Google Sheets, Notion, web scraping tools, simple Slack automations)
- 2Require zero product deployment
- 3Be demoable via a Google Sheet, Slack bot, Notion page, Zapier automation, Custom GPT, or similar
- 4Deliver value immediately
